1998. Greece is the first of a series of destinations in Europe : the
best of Europe's climbings starts in the Meteora, where the top of some
peaks belongs to vertiginous monasteries. The first hermits settled
there as soon as the thirteenth century, and the inaccessibility of
their hermitages shows that they are probably the first climbers !
Victor is with his parents, Catherine and Erik : it's his first long
travel.
